Until Jackson came along.
Getting up anywhere between 3am and 5am each morning is a tough adjustment for someone who desperately needs their sleep. Once I arrive to work each morning, my first stop is the kitchen to get the coffee brewing. I only drink about a third of a cup but I make up for it with a package of splenda and french vanilla creamer. I strongly dislike the fact that I'm becoming dependent on something to give me a little extra boost in the morning.
I've also had to adjust my breakfast routine which selfishly, has been hard to do. I look forward to my bowl of Special K each morning but most of the time I find myself hurrying out the door with a pop tart in hand. My morning routine has gone from being relatively healthy to now being sugar filled!
Not. Ideal.
But he's worth it!
